Ministry of Culture Honors Jassim Magazine
The Ministry of Culture, represented by the Qatari Publishers and Distributors Forum, honored Jassim Magazine for its active participation in the back-to-school activities that were held from 17 to 27 August, at The Galleria Mall – Msheireb, where the magazine contributed to the library tour and donated your book in addition to gifting visiting friends a variety of copies of Jassim magazine publications

On his part, Mr. Riyad Ahmed Yassin, Director of the Forum, appreciated the participation of Jassim Magazine – the only children’s magazine in the country – which participates with the Forum in all its activities and exhibitions with its various publications, and praised the magazine’s educational role and modern style, informed the Ministry of Culture on its website.
Our colleague Shafiq Saleh, Director of Jassim Magazine, highlighted the importance of reading for children and the magazine’s participation in various events of the State of Qatar, as well as a definition of the magazine and its inception and continuous issuance by Dar Al Sharq Group for more than 8 years.
At the end of the honoring ceremony, the Director of the Forum presented certificates of thanks and appreciation to all those who contributed to the success of the Msheireb Reading Corner event.
