Ministry of Transport Earns Prestigious 'Qualified by EFQM' Certification for Excellence

According to the Ministry of Transport, it has achieved certification as a "Qualified by EFQM" organization, following a rigorous assessment process conducted by the European Foundation for Quality Management.
This certification underscores MOT's capacity to consistently enhance its performance and strive for excellence across all its operations, aligning with its strategic objectives in a creative and sustainable manner. It also reflects MOT's ongoing commitment to enhancing its services for its customers and beneficiaries.
This achievement was announced during the "Sustainable Transportation and Legacy for Generations" Conference and Exhibition on Day Two of the event, held on September 17-18 at the DECC, under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister, and Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The EFQM model is widely recognized as a comprehensive quality management framework and one of the world's premier models for institutional excellence. It is employed in over 30 countries and by more than 50,000 organizations worldwide.
This certification highlights MOT's dedication to ongoing efforts in pursuit of excellence and quality. In 2018, MOT was honored with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certification, a prestigious global recognition awarded to organizations that adhere to ISO standards.
