The delegation members consist of 13 people, including: nine students, three coaches, and three supervisors.

The ministry's Information Technology Department of the Educational Guidance Department has organized, in the past weeks, the National Future Programmers competition among secondary schools, that adopt the technology track within their educational tracks, to identify the qualified teams that participate in the tournament in Jordan.

The Qatari delegation participating in Jordan competition consists of three teams, each team includes: Three students and a coach, in addition to one supervisor from the information technology directors in the Educational Guidance Department, in order to investigate future opportunities to work on a larger number of teams, as well as the need to complete numerous administrative and technical tasks simultaneously during the time of the Arab Championship, Which requires the distribution of those roles to the supervisor and trainers.

The following schools are eligible to compete in the Arab competition: Khalifa Boys Secondary School, which took the first place in the Boys Schools category (Python programming language), Al Bayan Secondary School for Girls, which took the first place in the Girls Schools category (Python programming language), and Qatar Science and Technology School for Boys, a specialized school to participate in the Java programming language.

The competition aims to encourage scientific and digital competition at the secondary school level in the fields of information technology in general and computer programming. It promotes the development of students' programming skills and aims to turn their ideas into successful and integrated career paths. It also encourages the development of sportsmanship among competing students, as well as the application of the meaning of One team spirit within a collective team working on one goal in developing the ability to solve problems in the world of technology.

It is worth mentioning that the competition was organized by the Faculty of Information Technology at the Applied Science University and is held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in cooperation with the Department of Queen Rania Al Abdullah Center for Education and Information Technology, and in cooperation with the Jordanian Ministry of Education.​
